These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “customer,” “user”) and Havvafem LLC, doing business as Life Body Cycles (“Life Body Cycles,” “LBC,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing, browsing, using, or purchasing from lifebodycycles.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) SCOPE

These Terms apply to:
(a) your use of the Site and its features (accounts, forms, content, checkout), and
(b) any purchase of products made through the Site.
At this time, we sell only within the United States and Puerto Rico.

2) DEFINITIONS

“Site”: lifebodycycles.com and its pages.
“Products”: items offered and sold through the Site (including third-party/partner brand products).
“Services”: Site functionality, communications, and support.
“Policies”: policies posted on the Site (refunds, shipping, privacy, subscription), incorporated by reference.

3) ELIGIBILITY

  • To browse the Site, you represent that you are at least 16 years old.

  • To purchase, you must be 18 years old (or the legal age of majority) and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

4) MEDICAL & PREGNANCY NOTICE (FERTILITY AND HORMONAL HEALTH)

IMPORTANT: Life Body Cycles does not provide medical advice. We do not provide diagnoses, treatments, treatment adjustments, or prescriptions. The content on the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only.

Our Products may help you understand data and patterns related to fertility and hormonal health, but you understand and agree that:

  • You may become pregnant even if you use tracking tools for natural family planning purposes.

  • We do not guarantee that using any Product will increase the likelihood of conception.

  • Results may vary due to individual factors (irregular cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal changes, transition off hormonal birth control, perimenopause/menopause, etc.).

For medical decisions or diagnoses, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

5) ACCOUNTS, SECURITY & ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide true, complete, and current information (for example: email, shipping address, billing information).

6) COMMUNICATIONS (EMAIL AND, IF APPLICABLE, SMS)

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree to receive transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, support, returns).
If you opt in to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.
If we offer SMS in the future, carrier rates may apply. You may stop messages by replying STOP.

7) ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE SITE (PROHIBITIONS)

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes;

  • scrape, extract data, or use bots/crawlers to copy content, prices, inventory, or reviews without authorization;

  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, servers, or networks;

  • post illegal, defamatory, violent, obscene content, or content that infringes third-party rights;

  • impersonate others or manipulate the Site for fraud.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we detect abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

8) PRODUCTS, AVAILABILITY & DESCRIPTIONS

We strive to display accurate information (prices, photos, descriptions), but we do not guarantee it is error-free or always up to date.
Manufacturers may update packaging, components, or specifications without notice, and the Product received may vary in minor details without affecting its primary function.

9) PRICING, PAYMENT & TAXES

  • Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • By completing a purchase, you authorize a charge to your selected payment method.

  • When applicable, sales tax will be charged based on the shipping address and current rules.

  • Promotions, coupons, and discounts may have conditions, expiration dates, or limitations.

10) ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS & FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit orders for reasons including (without limitation):

  • suspected fraud or unusual activity;

  • pricing or information errors;

  • inventory shortages;

  • payment or address verification issues.

If an order is canceled after being charged, we will issue the applicable refund to the same payment method (as applicable and per our Policies).

11) SHIPPING (UNITED STATES & PUERTO RICO ONLY)

At this time, we sell only within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Processing and delivery times may vary. If we provide an estimated timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to meet it.

12) RETURNS & REFUNDS

All cancellations, returns, refunds, eligibility conditions, applicable fees, and processes are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy:

That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict, the Returns & Refund Policy will control for returns/refunds matters.

13) WARRANTY & SUPPORT

Some Products may include a limited manufacturer warranty. Coverage, exclusions, and process apply in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and/or the manufacturer’s terms when applicable.

Life Body Cycles may assist as a support intermediary (including support in Spanish when possible), but we do not replace the manufacturer or assume obligations beyond those set out in our published Policies.

14) SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you purchase a Product under a subscription model (autoship/recurring), additional terms apply:

15) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its content (brand, logos, design, text, images, videos, downloadable materials) are owned by Life Body Cycles/Havvafem LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without written authorization.

16) REVIEWS & USER CONTENT

If you post reviews, comments, photos, or any content (“User Content”), you represent that:

  • you have the right to post it;

  • it does not infringe third-party rights;

  • it is truthful based on your experience.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display such content on the Site and in store-related communications (unless the law requires otherwise).
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

17) LINKS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Site may contain links to third-party services (payment processors, carriers, apps, manufacturer sites). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their terms, policies, or practices. Use of those services is governed by the third party’s terms.

18) PRIVACY

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy:

19) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (SITE)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content will be fully accurate or up to date at all times.

20) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Body Cycles/Havvafem LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Site or Products purchased.

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Product that is the subject of the claim, or USD $100 (whichever is greater), unless such limitation is prohibited by law.

21) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Body Cycles/Havvafem LLC and its representatives from claims arising out of:
(a) misuse of the Site,
(b) violation of these Terms,
(c) infringement of third-party rights,
(d) violation of applicable laws.

22) TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or cancel services/orders when reasonably necessary to protect operations (for example: fraud, abuse, violations of these Terms).
Sections that by their nature should survive (limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, etc.) will remain in effect.

23) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. We will post the current version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.

24) GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be brought in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

25) ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our posted Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Life Body Cycles regarding Site use and purchases.
